Are you familiar with the unfulfilling feeling of never being exactly on point with your brands vision or message when trying to create something to post on Social Media? Creating great and meaningful content takes a little bit of reflection about what and who your brand are.
The following little warm up exercise will help you clarify what the purpose of your business and brand even is. Get to the core of what you truly want to create, both for yourself and your future customers and clients.
01 - What’s your personal WHY? Why did you start your business for yourself, instead of just finding a job? Think about your lifestyle and life goals?
02 - Clarify your goals. How much money do you want to make? How many people do you want to help? How much of an impact do you want to have?
03 - What’s your business WHY? How do you change the lives of your clients and customers? How do you want to impact the world? Why does your business need to exist?
04 - Think of entrepreneurs and/or businesses that you admire. What traits, values or skills do they have that you admire? How can you develop those traits, values and skills yourself?
05 - What have you overcome in your own life that you can share with others who are currently struggling?
06 - Who do you want to help? Whose struggles, needs and desires do you relate to?
07 - What is unique about your brand story? How is your service, process or product different than anything else?
08 - What do you really care about? What brings you a sense of meaning and fulfillment? When do you feel the most aligned with your purpose?
09 - What weaknesses or opportunities do you see with other brands in your industry? What are you tired of seeing other people do, or what can be done better?
10 - Check in with yourself. Do you really believe it’s possible to build the business and brand of your dreams?
